I have fixed the slow zoom issue in LayOut (SketchUp paperspace) using XMBC. I've looked into this and tried as many combinations as I could to try and get it to work but can't get there. I'd like to recreate this behaviour (click+hold MMB = Pan) in SketchUp (i.e swap the native SketchUp MMB functionality) using XMBC.
